Please check in at the front desk when you arrive.
Your team will be assigned a Game Master (GM) who
has been specially trained to maximize your gaming
experience. Your GM will show you where the restrooms
are, assign you a locker to store any personal items
(cell phones, purses, keys, etc), and show you a short
safety video. Then your GM will escort you to your room,
answer any final questions you have, and start your game clock.
While most content is intended for 8 year olds and up,
all ages are welcome and those 6 and under can play
for a discounted rate (call for current deal.) Teenagers may play unaccompanied but need an
adult to sign a waiver on site before they play.
Children under 13 must be accompanied by a responsible adult over 18 unless prior arrangements have been made for a special event.

The content of our rooms is designed to be family-friendly unless otherwise noted. For example- Our Halloween events are generally considered PG-13 as some material may not be suitable for children.
Parents, please use discretion when booking such events. If you're in doubt, give us a call.
While the content of each room is family-friendly, please keep in mind our rooms employ the use of tiny objects such as keys and small puzzle pieces and are not toddler-friendly.
We won't tell you that you cannot bring a very young child with you, but your personal experience will be much more fun if you leave baby at home.
No. We do not lock our doors for a variety of
reasons, including fire codes and safety of our players.
You may leave the room at any time if you need to.
Yes. There may be some basic arithmetic involved in some
clues or puzzles. (For example- 2+2=4 or 12x12=144, etc.)
But don't worry; we won't ask you to remember Calculus!
No. Use of a cell phone at any time while inside
one of our rooms is strictly prohibited. Continuing
to use a cell phone after you've been asked not to
may result in your Game Master ending the game and
asking you to vacate the premises. Please make use of
the lockers we have available so you may safely store
your cell phone, keys, purse, and other personal items.
Yes. Every group of players is assigned a Game Master

room via video camera and microphone the entire time
you're inside the room.
Every team has three clues or hints available at any time
during the game. Before the game starts, your Game Master
will ask if you prefer to receive a specific clue or a
subtle "nudge" in the right direction.

Dress comfortably. You will not be required to
crawl through tunnels or beneath objects; nor
will you be required to climb up to reach items.
T-shirts, jeans/shorts, and sneakers are all very
appropriate choices.
No. Tickets are not refundable*
however, a game can be rescheduled within 24 hours of booking,
if we have availability.
*In case of an extreme circumstance (i.e.- death in the family, accident, or something similar), we may issue a voucher that can be redeemed at a future date. This is at the sole discretion of the manager on duty and is done strictly on a case-by-case basis.
